LOOM
Drone / FM synthesizer voice
Three digital oscillators, two parallel resonant filters and a modulation engine that never stops moving — from a slow, breathing drone to a restless, metallic texture.
Features
- 3 oscillators: DRONE (20 Hz – 3 kHz), LAYER (20 Hz – 1 kHz) and MOD (0.1 – 300 Hz)
- MOD is a dedicated FM operator that continuously bends the DRONE pitch
- 2 parallel resonant state-variable filters, swept by the modulation engine
- LFO mode — 4 shapes: sine, triangle, sample & hold, square
- CHAOS mode — random targets every 0.3–3 s, instant jumps or random-speed glides
- Modulation depth 0–200 % in 10 % steps
- CV IN — an external signal takes over modulation of all three oscillators
- Settings: LFO speed range, chaos interval, CV sensitivity, FM depth — saved automatically
