Analog distortion · drive, tone, blend, two outputs
A compact analog distortion in the classic hard-clipping pedal style, adapted to Eurorack levels. DRIVE takes the sound from almost clean to raw and aggressive, TONE sets the brightness and BLEND mixes the clean and the distorted signal. Two outputs work at the same time: the bright OUT and the warmer, low-passed WARM.
Features
- Analog op-amp gain stage with diode clipping and a tone filter
- DRIVE, TONE, BLEND and LEVEL — every knob: clockwise = more
- BLEND for parallel distortion that keeps the low end clean
- Two outputs at once: full-range OUT and low-passed WARM (−3 dB at about 3.4 kHz)
- LED flashes with the output signal
- Input safe up to ±12 V; reverse-polarity protection on both rails
